The 1.1.4.44 update added The Plaguebringer Goliath, a variety of new weapons and items, and put buffs on bosses as the game progressed.

Bosses and Enemies[]

  • All bosses will now gain boosted stats once the world reaches Hardmode and when the Moon Lord has been defeated.
    • Desert Scourge gains a 600% health boost and a 200% damage boost in Hardmode, and an additional 300% health boost and 200% damage boost upon defeating the Moon Lord.
      • Head is set from 0 defense to 10 defense in Hardmode and 25 upon defeating the Moon Lord.
      • Body is set from 8 defense to 20 defense in Hardmode and 45 upon defeating the Moon Lord.
      • Tail is set from 18 defense to 40 defense in Hardmode and 75 upon defeating the Moon Lord.
    • Both forms of the Slime God gain a 300% health boost and a 200% damage boost in Hardmode, with an additional 300% health boost and 200% damage boost upon defeating the Moon Lord.
      • Phase 1's defense is set from 10 to 25 in Hardmode, and 55 once the Moon Lord has been defeated.
      • Phase 2's Defense is set from 25 to 35 in Hardmode, and 65 once the Moon Lord has been defeeated.
    • The Devourer of Gods gains a 200% health boost and a 200% damage boost once the Moon Lord has been defeated.
      • Head is set from 10 defense to 25.
      • Body is set from 35 defense to 55.
      • Tail is set from 75 defense to 125.
    • Calamitas phase 1 gains a 300% health boost, a 200% damage boost, and is set from 25 defense to 55 upon defeating the Moon Lord.
      • Calamitas phase 2 gains a 300% health boost, a 200% damage boost, and is set from 35 defense to 50.
      • Cataclysm gains a 300% health boost, a 200% damage boost, and is set from 35 defense to 55.
      • Catastrophe gains a 300% health boost, a 200% damage boost, and is set from 20 defense to 35.
    • The Plaguebringer Goliath gains a 300% health boost, a 200% damage boost, and is set from 45 defense to 65 upon defeating the Moon Lord.
      • Plaguebringer Shades gain a 300% health boost, a 200% damage boost, and are set from 30 defense to 35.
    • All pre-Hardmode vanilla bosses, Creepers, and Skeletron's hands gain a 300% health boost and a 200% damage boost in Hardmode, with an additional 300% health boost and 200% damage boost upon defeating the Moon Lord.
    • All other vanilla bosses, Skeletron Prime's arms, and Golem's fists gain a 300% health boost and a 200% damage boost upon defeating the Moon Lord.
  • Slime God changes:
  • The Devourer of Gods changes:
    • Now more resistant to explosive and piercing projectiles.
    • Can now spawn while the player is near the Nebula Pillar, and will drop Meld Blobs if spawned this way.
    • Now drops Greater Healing Potions instead of Lesser Healing Potions.
  • Desert Scourge changes:
    • Now more resistant to explosive and piercing projectiles.
    • Can now spawn in the Desert once Skeletron has been defeated.
  • Calamitas changes:
  • Solar Pillar enemies now drop Hellcaster Fragments.
  • Post-Plantera Dungeon enemies now drop Shadow Essences.
