The Abombination is a craftable Hardmode item used to summon The Plaguebringer Goliath boss. It can only be used in the Jungle or Underground Jungle. Attempting to use it outside of these biomes will have no effect and will not consume the item.
It can be purchased from the Witch Doctor for 50 after The Plaguebringer Goliath has been defeated.
