Cinnamon Roll is a Hardmode potion that is sold by the Drunk Princess NPC after defeating Golem. It grants the Cinnamon Roll debuff when consumed, which reduces defense, but boosts mana regeneration rate and the damage of weapons that have the - Fire Weapon - tag in their tooltips.
While the effects of the Cinnamon Roll debuff are mostly beneficial, it is still considered a debuff, and therefore cannot be removed by right-clicking the icon.
