The Frigid Bulwark is a craftable Hardmode accessory. It is a somewhat direct upgrade to the Frozen Turtle Shell and the Paladin's Shield, combining the effects of both accessories. When below 50% life, damage is reduced by 15%. When below 15% life, it gives 20% damage reduction instead.
