The Nebulous Core is a post-Moon Lord, Expert Mode-exclusive accessory that is obtained from the Treasure Bag dropped by The Devourer of Gods. It grants the player 10% increased damage and summons floating nebula stars around the player, just like the Spore Sac, that deal 1500 damage. It also grants the player a revive when hit with a lethal attack, healing the player for 100 HP when the effect triggers, this effect has a 90 seconds cooldown.
