The Ocean Crest is a Pre-Hardmode, Expert Mode-exclusive accessory obtained from the Treasure Bag dropped by the Desert Scourge. While equipped, it grants underwater breathing and prevents Crabs, Pink Jellyfish, Sea Snails, Sharks and Squids from doing damage and targeting the player.

- This item will not stack with the Aquatic Emblem or Gills buff.
- In the Abyss, equipping this item will only slow the speed at which breath is lost, rather than stop it from draining entirely.
