Omega Biome Blade

The Omega Biome Blade is a craftable post-Moon Lord broadsword that auto-swings and is an upgraded version of the True Biome Blade. When swung, it fires a stack of three Biome Blade projectiles on top of each other, which cannot pierce through tiles nor targets, but can home into enemies. The color and the debuff inflicted by the projectile on hit varies based on the biome that the player is in. Additionally, the player will gain additional buffs during certain moon events. All buffs and debuffs inflicted last 10 seconds.

Its best modifier is Legendary.

  • If the player travels into a different biome after a projectile is fired, the projectile's effect will change to the new biome.
  • The Ocean, Space, and Underworld biomes are determined by the player's position and depth.
    • Biomes such as the Abyss or the Brimstone Crag will not count as the Ocean or Underworld respectively if they do not meet the position requirements.
      • As most of the Abyss takes place below the Surface layer, it often counts as none of the biomes.
  • If the biome does not have a corresponding debuff, then the next matching biome on the list is chosen.
    • For example, if the player is in a corrupted desert, the projectile will be purple and inflict Holy Flames debuff. If the corrupt biome belongs to none of the other biomes on the list, then it would inflict the Armor Crunch debuff instead. However, if the player is in a corrupted ocean, the projectile would fully inherit the ocean effects as it is higher on the list.
