The Penumbra Potion is a craftable Hardmode buff potion made from Solar Tablet Fragments. Upon consumption it grants the Penumbra buff, increasing the rate that rogue stealth builds by 15% while moving and 15% while standing still at night. These bonuses are boosted to 20% during a Solar Eclipse.
