The Triumph Potion is a craftable Pre-Hardmode buff potion. Upon consumption it grants the Triumph buff, which reduces enemy contact damage by a percentage equal to the percentage of the enemy's missing health multiplied by 0.15. (For example, an enemy with 30% health remaining would deal 10.5% reduced contact damage.)
