Night Shortbeam

The True Night's Stabber is a craftable Hardmode shortsword that autoswings. On each swing, it fires a projectile that pierces twice before stopping on the third enemy. The projectile only moves horizontally to the left or right.

When the weapon's Shortstrike ability activates, beams are shot out which last for 15 tiles and shoot cursed fireballs outwards for every 5 tiles travelled. These beams also heal the player for 5 health per hit. Additionally, the player's melee speed is increased by 10%.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
